Rosanne is an RN, BSN and has worked in various fields of nursing including Med-Surg, ER, ICU, Home Health, and Recovery Room. She has studied Holistic practices which correlate with her passion to help women heal from their pasts and discover wholeness of mind, body and spirit.
Rosanne has been married to her best friend for 26 years. She and her husband have been in marriage ministry for ten years and even started their own, after their own share of hardships and struggles. Faith is an integral part of her life and she has served her church and led small women’s groups for several years and is filled with joy and hope. She is a speaker, a life long learner, and lover of books. She enjoys exercise and travel to places on her bucket list now that she is almost an “empty nester”.
HOW HAS THE ABW MASTERCLASS BENEFITED YOU?
The Art of Being a Woman Masterclass has led me out of my boring life of comfort into an exciting journey of boldness. It has led me to pursue the desires of my heart and my true calling. It helped me to change my mindset and get “unstuck” from certain behaviors and self talk that were not serving me or my family. The things I’ve learned are flowing through to my family as well, who are very supportive of the program and my growth.

The best part about being a Woman School Strategist and helping women is challenging women to face their fears and take action steps towards their dreams. It is very satisfying to coach them through growth and watch the collaboration of women as they open up and step out to help one another. Also, the Strategist team is top notch! I have gotten an abundance of support and encouragement through all the open office hours and the weekly team meetings.

I believe in this work because these values align with my faith and it is a blueprint that leads you to the best version of yourself. I have three daughters and have seen how young women have to fight for their self worth. I wanted to be able to mentor them as well. If all women would take this course, the world would be a better place.
