THE WOMAN SCHOOL TEAM
ABW STRATEGIST, The Woman School
Catie Panagakos has a passion for helping women discover their worth and live out their God-given call. She spent five years serving the vital mission of The Culture Project spreading the message of Theology of the Body to young people across the country, working on content development, and cultivating a missionary formation and mentorship program.
She has since worked in women’s and youth ministry, while also pursuing a 1000+ hour training as a Pilates Teacher. Finding The Woman School was an answer to her prayers during the struggles of transitioning into motherhood while wrestling with desires to pursue her dreams. The transformation that she received in the arenas of self-worth, habit formation, mindset management, and her overall sense of joy and purpose have been absolutely indispensable. When she realized she couldn’t stop telling people about it, and didn’t want to stop her own journey of transformation through The Woman School, she felt called to become a Strategist and serve other women through this amazing formation program.
HOW HAS THE ABW MASTERCLASS BENEFITED YOU?
I had never heard anyone share before that motherhood isn’t a trade-off of our dreams, but rather a “leveling up” of our skillset. Through the ABW MasterClass, I have experienced healing and growth like nothing I actually thought was possible. I have learned how to root my self-worth in the truth of who I am, rather than in my performance, success, or other people’s opinions of me. I have learned to make firm and confident decisions, to order my days in a more peaceful way, to pass along a positive self image to my daughters. I honestly believe that God has used this MasterClass to speak His love and His plans for me in completely new ways.
What’s the best part about being a Woman School Strategist and helping women?
Every time I speak with a woman about her hopes and dreams, her worth, her struggles, I feel that I am standing on sacred ground. So many of us walk through life thinking we are the only ones who struggle in the ways that we do, only to find out that we have been so conditioned by a culture that puts our worth in our performance or our image, rather than in the truth of who we are. We realize that so many of us just have not learned the skills we need to be peaceful, confident, organized, etc. It is a privilege to walk alongside other women in this journey toward wholeness.
Why do you believe in this work?
I believe that culture is formed and changed through relationships, one person at a time. What I have experienced through going through this training alongside other women seeking virtue and authenticity has been completely life-changing. If every woman was linking arms with other women who are seeking to chase beautiful dreams, uproot competition and comparison, show up our best selves every day so that we can contribute generously to the world around us, we would be quite a force for truth, beauty, and goodness in this world.
What are your Woman School clients saying?
Why have we not been taught these things before? Just weeks into the MasterClass, one client shared that she already feels like a new woman, just being given encouragement and time to look at her dreams and the desires of her heart! I have heard time and time again how many women now feel equipped to manage their hectic lives, jump into uncharted waters, invest in their relationships, or just walk more confidently into a room, because of the skills they have
